MILESTONES AND MEMORIES
AC/DC released their third album, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, this week in1976.

J.D. Fortune won the TV show Rock Star: INXS, to become INXS’s new lead singer this week in 2005.

Happy Birthday to Jet’s Chris Cester, who is 37 on September 16; Monique Brumby is 44 on September 16; Tim Rogers is 49 on September 20; and Nick Cave is 61 on September 22.

And we remember the great Slim Dusty, who died 15 years ago this week, on September 19, aged 76. He had been working on his 106th album, Columbia Lane, which was posthumously released in 2004.
