Nine years ago this week, J.D. Fortune revealed he had been sacked from INXS.

And we remember Sherbet guitarist Clive Shakespeare, who died of cancer, aged 62, six years ago this week; and Ruby Hunter, who died of a heart attack, aged 54, eight years ago.
